Who owns uploaded and generated content?

ToolsRoom branding, original interface assets, website text and code are subject to their applicable licenses and rights.

Unicode text, numerical calculations and generic QR patterns may not carry the same rights as photographs, logos or original creative works. You are responsible for how you use exported invoices, images and generated materials in third-party platforms.

What happens to saved data?

Some tools rely on storage controlled by the browser and device. Switching devices, clearing site data, private browsing and browser updates can cause loss of saved values. The website does not promise permanent archival storage, synchronized accounts, version history or restoration of removed data.

The Writing Style & Clarity Editor performs limited, rule-based substitutions and writing checks. It does not generate creative AI rewrites or promise that a third-party detector will classify text a certain way. You must review all suggested changes for accuracy, meaning, and tone.

The Audio Transcript Editor does not automatically transcribe uploaded speech. You are responsible for listening, entering accurate words and timestamps, and obtaining any necessary permission before recording people. Caption formats may need additional corrections for accessibility and platform compatibility.
