Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ToolsRoom uses browser storage, contact forms and hosting services, and the choices available to visitors.

Who is responsible for your information?

ToolsRoom is the name of this online tools website. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests relating to information held by the website operator, contact support@toolsroom.com. The same address is available from the Contact page.

The site is hosted on WordPress with Hostinger. Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information needed to serve web pages. Your particular legal rights depend on applicable privacy law and where you live.

What information do browser-based tools use?

When you type into a tool, you may provide names, dates, quantities, text, artwork, invoice details or other information needed to produce the requested output. Many tools calculate or prepare results in your browser using JavaScript. Tally counts, tasbih progress, habits, inventory and selected preferences may be stored in localStorage or similar device storage. Those records are accessible from the same browser profile until changed or cleared; they are not an online account or synchronized backup.

A visitor should avoid entering sensitive information they do not wish to handle in a web browser. Do not assume that all data is private merely because a tool is described as client-side: browser extensions, the device itself and installed third-party scripts may also affect privacy.

What might be processed by the hosting platform?

When you visit ToolsRoom, the hosting platform can receive your IP address, requested URLs, browser headers, timestamps and security-related metadata as part of ordinary website delivery. These details may appear in access, error and security logs.

Server logs and email messages are not the same as browser-saved counter values. Infrastructure providers may have their own data handling and retention practices; contact support@toolsroom.com about information retained through ToolsRoom.

Do analytics, cookies or advertisements apply?

Some tools use browser storage to keep totals, preferences and drafts on your device. WordPress, Contact Form 7 and other installed plugins may set functional cookies or process form submissions. If analytics, advertisements or other services are introduced, this page will need to describe their purpose and applicable consent choices.

You can manage or clear browser storage and cookies from your browser settings. Removing stored information can permanently delete locally saved tool progress.

How is information shared and retained?

Most ToolsRoom tools are designed to process calculations or editing tasks within your browser. Data entered into the Contact page form is submitted to the website and processed through WordPress and the configured email delivery system so we can respond.

Contact messages and any related server or email records may be retained as needed for correspondence and website security, subject to the actual hosting, mail and backup configuration. To ask about retention or request deletion, write to support@toolsroom.com.

What choices and rights are available?

You can clear locally stored counts, settings and drafts using tool controls when offered or your browser storage settings. Clearing site data can permanently erase locally stored work that has not been exported.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information held by the website operator, including requests to access, correct or delete it. Email support@toolsroom.com with your request. We may need enough information to verify a request before taking action.

Children, security and updates

ToolsRoom is intended for a general audience. Do not submit sensitive data through the public contact form. HTTPS, software updates and operational safeguards help protect the site, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

This policy may be updated if tools, integrations, contact methods or data-handling practices change. The public version should continue to reflect the services actually enabled on toolsroom.net.

Browser writing and audio processing

The Writing Style & Clarity Editor makes deterministic wording changes in your browser. It does not send draft text to an artificial intelligence service or claim to disguise its source. The Audio Transcript Editor lets you open, record, listen to, and manually transcribe audio without uploading a selected audio file to the website. The plugin does not operate a remote transcription service.

Microphone permission is requested only if you choose to record audio. The browser stores recording data in memory until you close the page or download the file. Exported TXT, SRT, VTT and JSON files are saved to your own device. If the operator later adds an external service, this notice must be revised before the service is enabled.

Frequently asked questions

Are my counter values shared with another device?

Not by the default local browser storage. You must export or back up data manually when a tool supports that option.

How can I delete saved tool progress?

Use the available reset controls or clear this site’s browser storage. Clearing site data may also remove theme preferences and other saved values.

Does this policy cover installed WordPress plugins?

WordPress plugins, including Contact Form 7, can affect data processing, cookies and server logs. You can email {{support_email}} with questions about privacy practices connected to the website.

Does Audio to Text upload my recording?

No. The Audio Transcript Editor does not upload or automatically transcribe your selected recording. It is a manual workspace that works locally in your browser.

How do I contact ToolsRoom about privacy?
